Concrete Recycling
Overview
We are dedicated to sustainability through our on-site concrete recycling service. We screen it, crush it and reuse it for the next phase of works to ensure optimal efficiency.
Planning
Flowrite assess feasibility of on-site recycling (i.e. site access and allocated space); including volume and contamination of goods to provide a clear scope of works and quote accordingly.
Execution
Using a mobile jaw crusher and a 3-deck screener, we process up to 400 tonnes of material per hour. Our system magnetically separates and removes rebar and steel for recycling, allowing us to screen and crush aggregate efficiently.
Delivery
Crushed product is tested and classified to specification. Material test results and waste diversion data is provided for project reporting.
